Infosys is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Citrix VDI Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) solutions across both persistent and non-persistent environments, supporting On-Premises and Citrix Cloud deployments. The ideal candidate will also have deep expertise in HP Device Manager for thin client management for user personalization and application control. You will continuously on a daily basis work with the client Management team, collaborating and reporting status.

Required Qualifications:

• This position is based out of Wichita KS. Candidate can work from anywhere in USA and or remote. This position may require travel to project locations.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• This role may involve elevated access to Impact Level 4 (IL4) data and/or security requirements for handling controlled unclassified information (CUI) and sensitive data as defined by US Department of Defense (DoD). The eligible candidates must be US Citizens only.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), Citrix Cloud, and Citrix Gateway.
• Proficiency in managing HP thin clients using HP Device Manager.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows OS internals.
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell preferred) for automation and reporting.
• Design and architect scalable Citrix solutions (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops) for both persistent and non-persistent VDIs.
• Manage and optimize Citrix environments across On-Prem and Citrix Cloud platforms.
• Lead migration and hybrid deployment strategies between On-Prem and Citrix Cloud.
• Implement Citrix policies, profile management, and application layering (e.g., App Layering, FSLogix).
• Troubleshoot complex Citrix issues related to performance, connectivity, and user experience.
• Expertise in Thin Client Management (HP Device Manager)
• Deploy and manage HP ThinPro and Windows-based thin clients using HP Device Manager.

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty (for hybrid/cloud deployments)
• Willingness and flexibility to learn new technologies, scale up quickly and adapt to different roles as the situation demands.
• Excellent Analytical and troubleshooting skill.
• Implement automations for significant reduction in manual efforts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:
In CA/ WA / NY / CO / MD / IL / MN: $73,000 to $102,200
In Washington, DC: $ 66500 to $100,300
