Job summary

GCyber seeks a Citrix Infrastructure Administrator to support a government customer. You will configure and maintain CVAD and Citrix ADC, troubleshoot user connectivity, perform routine upgrades, and manage security and AD integration. The role requires active DoD Top Secret clearance and the ability to obtain TS/SCI, plus CI Poly.

Qualifications

• BA degree or higher with 4+ years of enterprise virtualization and Citrix experience.
• Experience administering Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) and Citrix ADC (NetScaler).
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• IAT II certification (e.g., Security+, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and sustain CVAD and Citrix ADC environments.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and performance across locations.
• Perform patching, health checks, upgrades, and firmware updates.
• Manage security and AD integration, user/group access controls, and compliance.
• Automate provisioning and tasks using PowerShell or similar.
