Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of demonstrated IT experience; 4 additional years may substitute for degree.
• Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD), Citrix NetScaler, and Windows Server technologies.
• Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, and DNS management.
• Experience implementing DISA STIGs and ensuring DoD security standards compliance.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira for service management; Agile processes (Kanban/Sprints).
• CompTIA Security+ certification (must be obtained within six months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and deploy Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (CVAD) systems.
• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot CVAD components on Windows Server 2012–2022.
• Manage Citrix NetScalers (physical and virtual) for performance and availability.
• Apply DISA STIGs, patch management, and updates via WSUS, GP, and PowerShell.
• Maintain Windows servers to align with DoD/DISA standards.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues and support customer app needs.
• Collaborate with virtualization and storage teams to optimize systems.
• Document configurations and processes using SharePoint; manage incidents with ServiceNow and Jira.
• Provide technical consulting and propose system enhancements; work in Agile teams.
• Develop automation scripts in PowerShell to improve admin efficiency.
