Job summary

SAIC is seeking a System Administrator to support NIWC LANT CLOUD CITI, managing Citrix CVAD in both physical and virtual data centers. The role requires near-term on-site work with a 50-mile radius constraint around Norfolk, VA, Charleston, SC, New Orleans, LA or Tampa, FL.

On-call rotations for Citrix outages are possible. The candidate must possess a Secret clearance to start with potential for Top Secret, plus DISA STIGs and CVAD expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with nine or more years of demonstrated experience, or four additional years in lieu of a degree.
• Strong CVAD, NetScaler, Windows Server knowledge.
• Expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, DNS management.
• Experience implementing DISA STIGs and DoD security standards.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira, Agile processes.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and deploy Citrix CVAD systems.
• Administer CVAD components on Windows Server 2012–2022.
• Manage Citrix NetScalers (physical and virtual).
• Apply DISA STIGs, manage patches, via WSUS, GP, and PowerShell.
• Maintain and secure Windows servers per DoD standards.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and support applications.
• Collaborate with virtualization and storage teams.
• Document configurations using SharePoint.
• Handle incidents, changes, and service requests in ServiceNow/Jira.
• Provide technical consulting for system enhancements.
• Follow Agile methodologies and Kanban/Sprints.
• Develop automation scripts in PowerShell.
