Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 9+ years of related IT experience.
• CVAD and Citrix NetScaler expertise with Windows Server, AD, DNS, and GPO.
• Experience implementing DISA STIGs and DoD security standards.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira in cross‑functional teams.
• Proficient in Agile processes.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and deploy Citrix CVAD systems.
• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot CVAD on Windows Server 2012–2022.
• Manage Citrix NetScalers (physical and virtual).
• Enforce DISA STIGs, patching, WSUS, GPO, and PowerShell updates.
• Maintain, upgrade, and secure Windows servers to DoD standards.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and support customer applications.
• Collaborate with virtualization and storage teams.
• Document configurations and processes using SharePoint.
• Review incidents, changes, and service requests via ServiceNow/Jira.
• Provide technical consulting and propose system enhancements.
• Apply Agile methodologies (Kanban/Sprints).
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts.
