Job summary

ADT is seeking a Cloud Citrix Analyst to support Citrix DaaS/CVAD and virtualized workloads across hybrid on‑prem and Google Cloud environments. You will work with networking, security, and apps teams to ensure reliable, secure access and high performance.

The role covers lifecycle activities for VDI/VDA, DaaS, and Citrix components, plus NetScaler/ADC management, incident handling, and after‑hours on‑call rotations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with Citrix environments and hybrid infrastructure.
Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory environments.

Responsibilities

Provide operational support for Citrix DaaS/CVAD across on‑prem and Google Cloud.
Support VMware ESXi/vCenter and hyperconverged infrastructure in production.
Manage Google Cloud workloads and monitor performance and security.
Administer Citrix components including DCC, StoreFront, PVS, MCS, Workspace.
Support NetScaler/ADC for secure access and traffic management.
Perform incident resolution, RCA, and participate in change processes.
