Job summary

Susquehanna is seeking a Citrix Engineer to own, maintain, and support a high-volume, global on-prem Citrix environment used by traders and analysts. You will optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and partner with teams to scale solutions.

You will design and manage global Citrix CVAD infrastructure, develop automation and observability tooling, and contribute to end-to-end project lifecycles from inception through delivery and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• In-depth Windows Server experience and networking/virtualization knowledge.
• Hands-on PowerShell scripting ability.
• Experience with Citrix CVAD environments or willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with observability platforms like Grafana/Prometheus/ELK preferred.
• Proactive, collaborative problem solver with clear communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
