Job summary

SIG Susquehanna is seeking a Citrix Engineer to own, maintain, and optimize a high-volume, on-premises Citrix environment used by traders and analysts. You will troubleshoot issues, design improvements, and work with cross-functional teams to scale solutions in a fast-paced trading setting.

You will develop automation and monitoring tools, enhancing performance and user experience across multiple sites. A collaborative, end-to-end ownership mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Citrix CVAD environments.
• Hands-on PowerShell scripting experience.
• Experience with observability tools such as Grafana, InfluxDB, Prometheus, ELK.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server OS, networking concepts, and virtualization.
• Proactive, collaborative problem solver with clear communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, manage, and support a global, on-premises Citrix infrastructure.
• Provide direct support, response, and troubleshooting as issues arise.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to align Citrix solutions with trading workflows and scale accordingly.
