Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Ten years in information security, with at least seven in senior leadership supervising staff.
• Advanced knowledge of vulnerability management, incident response, and endpoint protection.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, etc.
• Strong technical foundation including security architecture, threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and cloud security.

Responsibilities

• Lead information security function and develop security processes and platform strategies.
• Plan and execute the company's information security strategy and monitor controls.
• Design and implement cloud and application security program.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure controls on onboarding solutions.
• Lead incident response as Incident Commander and coordinate across incidents.
• Automate security operations to improve detection and response.
• Develop training and mentorship; monitor threat landscape; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Implement continuous monitoring and communicate risk posture to control owners.
• Share best practices with peer organizations and embed security into agile software development.
• Advise on security strategy and lead data protection initiatives.
