Job summary

VulcanForms Inc. in Devens, MA seeks a Director of Information Security (CISO) to build and lead a comprehensive security program as the company scales its digital manufacturing platform for aerospace, defense, and medical customers.

You'll own strategy, governance, and controls, develop a fast-moving security function from the ground up, and partner with IT, engineering, manufacturing, and legal to embed security into product design while meeting CMMC, NIST 800-171, and ITAR/EAR requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 10+ years in information security with 5+ years in security leadership (CISO/Director).
• CISSP certification required.
• Experience building/maturing security programs with policy, risk, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the information security program from the ground up.
• Own compliance for CMMC, NIST 800-171, and ITAR/EAR with cross-functional teams.
• Design and implement security policies, standards, and controls for IT, cloud, OT, and endpoints.
• Lead risk assessments and remediation planning with manufacturing operations.
• Establish incident response, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans.
