Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Renewal Specialist to drive Cisco service contract renewals, upsell strategic offerings, and expand within existing accounts. You will collaborate with Account Executives, clients, Cisco, and cross-functional teams to ensure renewal success.

You will manage renewal quotes, assist in EA opportunities, and maintain contract data through the term, processing renewal orders and forecasting renewals with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or military experience.
• 3+ years' experience in a support agreement renewal role.
• Experience with Cisco service contracts and CX EA's (renewals, subscriptions, Enterprise Agreements).
• Ability to work independently and in a cross functional team environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage Cisco renewals for assigned accounts and timelines.
• Review renewals for upsell opportunities and present renewal quotes/proposals.
• Coordinate with Presidio and Cisco to drive renewals and strategic programs.
• Prepare renewal quotes and support Services EA opportunities and True Forwards.
