Responsibilities

• Offer direction, instruction, and assistance in designated areas of instruction.
• Motivate and counsel students on behavior, training, personal problems, or study habits.
• Develop and prepare lessons in accordance with curriculum guidelines and suggest updates.
• Review areas for contractual compliance and document delivery effectiveness; prepare related reports.
• Maintain a safe, organized training environment.
• Participate in student assessments and complete required CIS documentation and other records.
