Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, healthcare or related field.
• Minimum five years in systems/infrastructure engineering or similar role.
• Experience across storage, virtualization, LAN/WAN, end-user computing or server/OS administration.

Responsibilities

• Implement solutions based on business requirements and IT strategies.
• Focus on Storage/Backup, Virtualization, Server/OS, End-User Computing or LAN/WAN administration.
• Provide maintenance, monitoring, disaster recovery, and business continuity support.
• Develop roadmaps, designs and testing plans for new infrastructure projects.
• Execute roadmaps, designs and changes going into production.
• Ensure proper documentation for IT operations support.
• Collaborate with admins and engineers; mentor junior staff.
