Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking an experienced Telecom Engineer / Network Engineer – Cisco Collaboration to support a large healthcare client onsite in Westwood, NJ. The role designs, implements, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots enterprise Cisco collaboration and telecommunications solutions across voice, video, messaging, conferencing, and telephony.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CUCM, Unity Connection, UCCX, Webex, CMS, Expressway, SIP, VoIP, and

Qualifications

Associate's degree in IT, Networking, or a related field.
3+ years in voice, telecom, or collaboration systems.
Proven experience designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco collaboration solutions in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, configure, and maintain Cisco collaboration solutions.
Provide advanced troubleshooting for voice, video, messaging, conferencing, and telephony services.
Handle escalations and support for telephony and video requests.
Support CUCM, Unity Connection, UCCX, Webex, CMS, and Expressway administration and troubleshooting.
Assist with Microsoft Teams Calling integration and issue resolution.
Create and maintain technical documentation and configuration guides.
