Job summary

Zensar Technologies in the United States (Onsite) is seeking a CIS Delivery Lead/Manager with 12–18 years of IT services experience to own end-to-end delivery across multi-tower engagements, including Hybrid Cloud, Data Center Operations, Network, End-User Computing, and Service Management.

You will drive delivery health, governance via MBRs/QBRs, expand accounts, mentor a distributed team onsite and offshore, and ensure revenue, margin, and cost-to-serve targets while building strong executive

Qualifications

12–18 years IT services experience with CIS delivery leadership in large BFSI accounts
Strong hands-on understanding of Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Data Center operations
Proven ability to grow an Fortune 500 account via delivery-led growth

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of CIS engagements with SLAs and KPIs.
Lead multi-tower programs across Hybrid Cloud, Data Center Operations, Network, End-User Computing, and Service Management.
Govern delivery health through MBRs, QBRs, risk reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive adoption of automation, AIOps, and Gen AI/Agentic AI solutions.
Build rolling pipeline of CIS opportunities and lead RFP/RFI solutioning with cross-functional teams.
Establish executive relationships to expand mindshare and wallet share.
Mentor and grow distributed delivery teams onsite and offshore.
Ensure timely billing, receivables, and contract compliance.
