You will lead platform modernization, set engineering standards, and manage risk while guiding multi-team programs to on-time, on-budget outcomes.
Ideal candidates bring 15–17 years in software engineering with leadership, hands-on cloud delivery, and a proven ability to grow client engagements.
Qualifications
- 15–17 years in software engineering with leadership experience.
- Hands-on track record delivering platform build, modernization, and cloud-based programmes.
- Experience managing multi-team, multi-million-dollar portfolios.
- Proven ability to drive delivery, establish standards, and manage client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of a $10M+ engineering portfolio across clients.
- Lead platform build, modernization, and cloud-based programmes across stacks.
- Set engineering standards: architecture guardrails, DevSecOps, release cadence.
- Partner with practice, consulting, and client leaders to identify growth.
- Translate delivery track record into proposals and client-ready designs.
