Job summary

ECPI University’s San Antonio, TX campus is seeking a part-time CIS - Cyber and Network Security Faculty to deliver hands-on instruction.

You will teach in five-week intervals in small classes, share industry insights, and guide students toward outcomes aligned with ECPI’s career-focused programs.

Applicants should hold a master’s degree in IT/CS/cybersecurity (PhD preferred) and relevant certifications; 3–5 years industry experience required, 2 years teaching a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT, CS, or Cybersecurity or a Master’s with 18 graduate hours in the discipline from a regionally accredited institution.
• PhD in IT/CS preferred.
• 3-5 years industry experience required; 10-15 years preferred.
• 2 years teaching or presentation experience is a plus.
• CISSP, CEH, CHFI, A+, Network+, CCNA certifications are highly desirable.

• Experience in applications of AI in Cybersecurity
• CISSP, CEH, and CHFI, A+, Network +, CCNA certifications highly desirable
• 3-5 years industry experience required
• 10-15 years career industry experience preferred
• 2 years teaching or presentation experience a plus
