Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Production Control Coordinator – Circulatory Restoration to join our team in Santa Clara, CA. You will provide direct support for all transactions between the production floor and warehouse, maintain CER inventory and Kanbans, and handle production work order maintenance.

The role requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, proficiency with Excel and ERP systems (Oracle preferred), and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet/database software.
• Ability to use ERP systems; Oracle experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions; SOPs and WIs.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and maintains CER stockroom, Kanbans, and locations under supervision.
• Performs materials transactions in ERP and updates inventory records.
• Assists with logistics and disposition of non-conforming materials.
• Conducts cycle-counts and reports results to supervision.
• Ensures proper labeling of components and subassemblies before distribution.
• Supports cross-training for materials and production functions.
• Maintains adequate CER supply and Kanban levels.
• Other duties as assigned.
