Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with five years of experience or a Master's degree with three years of experience.
• Experience with the Alma library services platform and cataloging.
• Experience handling rare, fragile, or special collections materials.
• Working knowledge of digitization equipment, imaging standards, and digital workflows.
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop or comparable image-editing software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all circulation activities and provide reference services to students, faculty, and patrons.
• Implement and review circulation policies and maintain fulfillment components of the library services platform.
• Train library staff and patrons in library systems and OPAC usage.
• Oversee check-in/checkout and manage overdue items; maintain reserve shelves.
• Perform bibliographic data entry and cataloging; assist with processing and arrangement of collections.
• Schedule research appointments and conduct reference interviews with visiting scholars.
• Provide instruction for use of materials and library resources, including digital databases.
