Job summary

A public library in New Jersey is seeking a positive service-oriented individual to join their team. The ideal candidate will excel at customer service, display an outgoing personality, and work well with the public. Responsibilities include assisting patrons and maintaining order in the library. This part-time position requires working every other Saturday from 10am to 3pm.

Job description

The Free Library of Monroe Township in Williamstown, Gloucester County, NJ is seeking a positive service-oriented individual to join our team.

Requirements

• Ability to arrange items in numerical order
• Must have an eye for detail
• Must have ability to lift and bend as well as push loaded carts

• Must be a library enthusiast that enjoys working with the public
• Will be required to work as a team with other coworkers & staff members
• Must have good computer skills and be familiar with office equipment (fax machine, printer, etc.)

The ideal candidate for the position would be someone with a pleasant and/or outgoing personality as this position requires working with the public. The perfect candidate would excel at customer service and multitasking.

Hours

10am-3pm every other Saturday (September-June). These hours are NOT negotiable.
