Overview

The Free Library of Monroe Township in Williamstown, Gloucester County, NJ is seeking a positive service-oriented individual to join our team.

Requirements

• Mandatory to have a sterling work ethic and be a self-starter
• Ability to arrange items in alphabetical order
• Ability to arrange items in numerical order
• Must have an eye for detail
• Must be able to lift and bend as well as push loaded carts
• Must be able to take instructions with good humor
• Must be a library enthusiast that enjoys working with the public
• Will be required to work as a team with other coworkers & staff members
• Must have good computer skills and be familiar with office equipment (fax machine, printer, etc.)

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate for the position would be someone with a pleasant and/or outgoing personality as this position requires working with the public. The perfect candidate would excel at customer service and multitasking.

Hours

The hours are listed below and are NOT negotiable:

10am-3pm every other Saturday (September-June)
