Joliet Public Library is seeking a Part-Time Circulation Clerk to join our public library team. You will perform desk duties, check materials in and out, register patrons, and enforce circulation policies, while assisting users at self-check stations.
Experience with computers and a willingness to learn our catalog system will help you thrive in a friendly, fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend hours are required, with opportunities to grow in a community-focused library.

Work is performed in a public library setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Substantial time is spent working on a computer. This work typically requires the following physical activities: sitting, walking, bending, stooping, reaching above shoulder height, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity. May have to lift files, supplies, furniture or fixtures on occasion.
