Responsibilities

• Oversee rendering process from raw material to finished goods storage.
• Maintain steady flow of material to cooker.
• Maintain cooker temperature, rate and steam at peak levels.
• Monitor evaporation rate to meet hourly requirements.
• Control flow of material to presses and finished goods storage.
• Operate and monitor control panels and gauges.
