Qualifications

• 2-5 years in management consulting, circular economy, sustainability or related fields.
• Experience in client services on high-profile projects.
• Strong diplomatic and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly across a broad portfolio.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills for complex, multi-stakeholder challenges.
• Strong writing and editing skills for concise internal- and external-facing presentations (Word, PPT, XLS).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and project manage high-profile, multi-stakeholder initiatives across diverse sectors (reuse, recycling, circularity).
• Transform ambiguous goals into clear, actionable plans through critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Develop and execute program roadmaps and targets, including planning, resourcing, execution and stakeholder coordination.
• Prioritize and coordinate tasks across multiple workstreams and stakeholder relationships.
• Identify internal/external expertise needed for technically complex projects.
• Contribute to other Center projects as needed.
