Job summary

Closed Loop Partners is seeking a Project Director for the Center for the Circular Economy in Southern California (Remote). The role leads cross-functional teams to design and implement reuse and source-reduction programs, with travel to client meetings in the region and occasional trips to NYC office.

Salary range is $140,000–$160,000 annually, with a fixed-term 12-month engagement starting November or December 2026.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in Innovation Management, Retail Operations, or related sectors.
• Experience with high-profile Retail, CPG/FMCG, or Foodservice projects.
• Ability to define the why, what, and how of a workstream independently.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy by translating priorities into workstreams, roadmaps, and programs.
• Engage stakeholders by shaping partnerships, budgets, and scopes of work.
• Build and implement in-market by developing operating models and launch plans.
