Closed Loop Partners, LLC is seeking a Project Director for the Center for the Circular Economy in Southern California. The role focuses on designing and advancing circular economy programs, from early strategy through implementation, with cross-functional leadership and client-ready deliverables.

Remote work in Southern California with travel to client sites and occasional NYC trips; ET hours preferred. The position runs 12 months with potential extension, starting in Nov/Dec 2026.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of experience in Innovation Management, Retail Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related sectors.
• Experience in high-profile Retail, CPG/FMCG, Foodservice projects.
• Ability to define why, what, and how of a workstream.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy: develop roadmaps, business-case concepts, and implementation plans.
• Engage stakeholders: shape partnerships, develop scopes of work, budgets, and collaboration models.
• Build and implement in-market: translate strategies into operating models, launch plans, and risk mitigation.
