Job summary

PURIS Corp is seeking a Project Manager for Cured in Place Piping (CIPP) in the Wet Utilities sector. The role oversees construction from start to finish, coordinating with engineers, owners, inspectors, and subcontractors.

You will manage schedules, costs, and project documentation to meet budget and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has CIPP experience, a construction management or related degree, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or business preferred
• CIPP experience is required
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
• HCSS experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineers, owners, inspectors, subcontractors and project teams
• Understand project specifications and contractual obligations; negotiate changes
• Review pricing estimates, proposals and job setup
• Lead project planning activities prior to construction start
• Manage pre-construction activities including permits and material orders
• Create and monitor project schedules and resource plans
• Track subcontractor work, costs and billings; ensure timely payments
• Monitor progress and performance metrics; report to leadership
• Support revenue recognition and project cost management; ensure quality and safety
