Job summary

PURIS Corporation, LLC seeks a results-driven Project Manager for Trenchless Pipe Rehabilitation (CIPP) in Clearwater, FL. You will plan and oversee the construction phase, coordinate with engineers, owners, inspectors, and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while satisfying customers.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, tracking costs, and ensuring submittals and pre-construction tasks are completed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or business preferred.
• CIPP experience is required.
• Ability to understand contracts, plans, specifications, drawings and regulations.
• Flexible and capable to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee construction phase from start to finish.
• Coordinate with engineers, owners, inspectors, subcontractors and team members.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure submittals and pre-construction work are completed.
• Track costs, billings and revenue recognition on a regular basis.
• Maintain safety and quality on job sites.
