Job summary

PURIS Corporation, LLC in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Project Manager specializing in Cured in Place Piping (CIPP) to lead trenchless rehabilitation projects. The role focuses on planning, scheduling, cost control, and strong coordination with engineers, owners and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while managing project documents and pay applications. A Bachelor’s in CM/CE/business and CIPP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering or business preferred.
• CIPP experience is required and knowledge of trenchless rehabilitation methods.
• Ability to understand contracts, plans, specifications and regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication to coordinate engineers, owners, inspectors and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the construction phase of projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Develop and monitor schedules for internal crews and external resources.
• Track project costs, prepare pay applications and manage invoices.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on site.
• Maintain project documentation including submittals and permits.
