Job summary

City of Roswell is seeking a Capital Improvement Program Project Manager in Roswell, GA to oversee non-transport CIP projects from concept through design and construction. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering/architecture/construction and at least six years of progressive experience including three years in project management.

You will coordinate with directors, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure on-time delivery, budget compliance, and a successful project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction or related field.
• 6 years progressive experience including 3 years project management and 3 years construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CIP Division projects from concept through design, construction and warranty.
• Coordinate development of scopes, budgets, schedules, and requirements.
• Prepare bid documents and coordinate bidding and procurement for projects.
• Represent Owner for CIP projects and manage contract administration.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, architects and regulators to meet project objectives.
