Job summary

Qualified Staffing is hiring a Clean-In-Place (CIP) Operator in Westby, Wisconsin. You will operate and maintain CIP systems on night or day shifts, 12‑hour cycles, 5 pm–5 am or 5 am–5 pm, with every-other weekend work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience operating CIP systems in manufacturing is preferred.
• Understanding of cleaning chemicals and sanitation processes.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate with the team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Physically able to lift/move equipment and work in wet environments.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate CIP systems to clean and sanitize production equipment per SOPs.
• Monitor CIP processes for temperature, pressure and flow to ensure cleanliness.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot CIP systems.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Keep accurate records of CIP activities, cycles, chemical usage, and performance.
• Coordinate CIP cycles with production/maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Report issues or deviations in CIP performance to relevant personnel.
• Adhere to hygiene, quality, and safety company policies.
