J.T.M. Food Group is hiring a CIP Specialist to support Safe, effective CIP operations in a food manufacturing facility.

This third-shift role requires the ability to work weekends, troubleshoot CIP systems, and follow GMP and safety procedures. The candidate should have a high school diploma, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn CIP equipment, sanitation procedures, and chemical safety practices.

Qualifications

• Onsite position in a food manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to work third shift and weekends as part of normal schedule.
• Training on CIP equipment, sanitation procedures, and chemical safety.

Responsibilities

• Learn and operate CIP systems, including cycles and performance.
• Operate and monitor CIP equipment safely per sanitation procedures.
• Monitor CIP cycles for issues related to equipment, chemicals, or process variables.
• Troubleshoot CIP systems and escalate unresolved issues to leadership as needed.
• Maintain accurate CIP documentation and communicate status to teams.
