Job summary

Maola Local Dairies in High Point, NC is seeking a CIP Operator for the 2nd shift (5:00 pm - 5:00 am). The Sanitation Worker will maintain cleanliness in Shipping and Production areas, use cleaning chemicals safely, and support plant sanitation with GMPs and PPE compliance.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work nights/weekends/holidays, and prior sanitation or food-manufacturing experience is preferred. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions, including cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Prior experience in sanitation, food manufacturing, or chemical handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates cleaning equipment (power scrubbers/foaming) and uses chemicals to clean and sanitize designated areas.
• Performs thorough cleaning of walls, ceilings, floors, drains, piping, and equipment.
• Cleans exterior surfaces of machinery, equipment, and tanks as part of sanitation routines.
• Maintains supply levels; refills dispensers and stocks cleaning materials.
• Removes trash, recycling and debris to keep a clean, safe workplace.
• Monitors areas for hazards and reports issues; addresses hazards as directed.
