Rancho California Water District seeks a CIP Manager to lead planning, design, and delivery of water, recycled water, and wastewater infrastructure. The role blends engineering rigor with project leadership and staff development to support a growing region.

A PE license is required with transfer within one year; CCM is desirable. Salary ranges from 173,617.60 to 229,195.20 annually, plus a signing bonus of $5,000 upfront and $5,000 after one year.
