Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum five years of full-time construction management/inspection experience.
• Valid Driver’s License from Texas or any US state.
• OSHA 10 certification or complete within one year.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and codes.

Responsibilities

• Inspect CIP construction to ensure compliance with plans, specs, and codes.
• Coordinate with CIP Project Managers and contractors on meetings and schedules.
• Utilize Procore to manage project documentation and inspections.
• Attend pre-construction and project meetings; review payments and schedules.
• Respond to RFIs and maintain accurate field records.
