Job summary

KBR is seeking a highly qualified candidate to serve as CIO Team Lead for a government customer in the Northern Virginia area. The role entails leading a team of contractors and serving as the primary liaison with the government on technical execution and project issues.

The position requires a current TS/SCI clearance, multiple years of IT project management experience, and demonstrated ability to produce strategic materials and executive briefs.

Qualifications

• Current and active Top Secret / SCI security clearance.
• Eight years of experience managing projects providing IT O&M and IT enhancement work.
• Experience producing materials for senior leaders (strategic papers, options analyses, executive briefings).
• Experience performing executive action tracking.
• Experience guiding program performance, resource planning, and procurement strategy.

This is a contingent position based upon contract award

KBR is seeking a highly qualified candidate to act as Team Lead for a team supporting the Chief Information Office (CIO) at a government customer in the Northern Virginia area. The CIO Team Lead will lead and manage a team of contractors / subcontractors, directing their efforts and serving as the primary point of contact with the government customer on technical execution and project issues.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Mange and direct all project operations of the team operating from multiple work locations.
• Brief leadership on program status and milestones
• Develop procedures for successful program execution

Required Qualifications:

• CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET / SCI security clearance
• Requires four years of experience managing projects providing project enterprise Information Technology (IT) Operation and Maintenance (O&M) support and IT enhancement projects.
• Requires experience providing technical support materials for senior leaders such as strategic papers, options analyses, executive briefings.
• Demonstrated experience performing executive action tracking.
• Experience guiding program performance, resource planning, and acquisition/procurement strategy.
• Required Education \ Relevant Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, software engineering, or related technical field and 8 years of experience
• High school or High School Equivalency Diploma and 12 years of experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience translating mission priorities into actionable IT roadmaps, investment plans, and measurable outcomes as it relates to counterintelligence and security missions.

Basic Compensation:

$172,900 - $211,400 (This range is for Washington DC Metro Area Only).

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
