Tulsa County seeks a strategic Chief Information Officer to lead the county's technology strategy and align initiatives with the Board of County Commissioners. You will oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, service management, and customer coordination while building a high-performing IT team.

Qualifikationen

• Education and experience requirements: graduation from a four-year college/university; Master’s preferred; 10 years in progressively responsible managerial role; 4 years in senior IT leadership.

• Develops and executes a county-wide technology vision.
• Oversee planning, security, and maintenance of all IT systems and data assets.
• Oversee cybersecurity operations, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Lead IT department staffing, performance, and staff development.
• Build relationships with elected officials, department leaders, and external partners.
• Manage department budget and ensure efficient use of technology resources.
• Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for county operations.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and security requirements.
