Job summary

Sentar is seeking a CIO Services Task Lead / CIO Strategy Support in Linthicum Heights, MD. This role provides high-level strategic and operational support to the CIO and directorate, driving enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiatives and ensuring project planning and execution align with the DC3 mission.

The ideal candidate will guide portfolio governance, manage resources, and work with government and contractor teams to deliver secure, efficient IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT, cybersecurity, software engineering, data/AI teams.
• Experience briefing CIO/CISO on agency-wide actions.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience migrating legacy systems to multi-cloud/hybrid-cloud environments.
• Experience building/operating LAN/WAN networks and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management of contractor and subcontractor activities.
• Facilitate government and contractor communications and documentation.
• Develop and execute enterprise IT and cybersecurity strategies and roadmaps.
• Oversee IT architecture, cloud strategy, and data management aligned with DC3 mission.
• Govern portfolios, reporting, and resource optimization.
