Job summary

Leidos seeks a VP, Chief Information Officer to lead CNS Information Solutions and Services at the Y-12 site in Oak Ridge, TN. This is a technical leadership role overseeing IT, cyber operations, and risk management.

The CIO will drive strategy, risk mitigation, and compliance with DOE/NNSA and NIST requirements, manage a distributed team, and ensure on-site support with occasional travel. Remote work is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
• 15+ years in information systems, cyber operations and risk management
• At least 5 years in a supervisory role
• On-site work at Y-12 in Oak Ridge, TN
• DOE/NNSA and NIST standards knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead CNS Information Solutions and Services (IS&S) strategy and operations
• Integrate risk-based security into IT projects and activities
• Lead the IS&S Security Operations Center (SOC) development and operations
• Coordinate staff assignments across multiple projects
• Oversee IS&S architecture with cyber security focus
• Establish program metrics and conduct internal audits
• Ensure DOE/NNSA/NIST compliance and controls
