Longenecker & Associates (L&A), a Geosyntec Company, seeks a Senior Project Management Specialist to support the Y-12 Project Management Office and Lithium Processing Facility in Oak Ridge, TN. The role emphasizes project oversight, cost/schedule/risk analysis, and documentation control.

The qualified candidate will bring 8+ years of PM experience, strong communication, and proficiency with scheduling tools. DOE project experience and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience with project management software tools and best practices.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• DOE project experience and security clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide project oversight, technical support, and SME to Y-12 PMO and LPF FPD.
• Oversee contractor performance, cost/schedule/risk analysis, and project controls.
• Prepare and review project documents, presentations, and reports.
• Conduct/coordinate project reviews and assessments; track issues to closure.
• Manage project budgets and staffing plans; maintain records and documentation.
