Job summary
Hugg & Hall Equipment Company in Little Rock, AR seeks a strategic CIO to lead IT strategy, operations, and data governance, enabling scalable business performance and operational excellence. Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise IT or information systems.
- Proven success managing ERP and financial/operational platforms.
- Deep expertise in IT operations, data governance, and cybersecurity.
- Experience improving business processes through system optimization and integration.
- Strong vendor management and IT financial management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in IS/CS or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record leading large-scale ERP implementations in industrial, equipment rental, or distribution environments.
- Experience navigating transition from legacy on-prem ERP to cloud-native ERP solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Executive Council to ensure systems, data, and reporting support business unit performance.
- Lead end-to-end ERP selection and implementation, from discovery and business process reengineering through go-live and stabilization.
- Build and lead a PMO to manage budgets, timelines, risks, vendors, and organizational change for the ERP transformation.
- Strengthen data, security, and IT leadership; develop standards, expand analytics, oversee cybersecurity and business continuity.
