Tilley Partners is seeking a hands-on Chief Information Officer to lead the technology strategy onsite in the Greater St. Louis, MO area. You will work with the executive team to modernize internal systems, nurture a high-performing technology team, and turn complex tech ecosystems into business drivers.

With 10+ years in leadership and a strong ERP background (Epicor/Kinetic), you will own cybersecurity, data governance, and the IT roadmap that aligns with business goals across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading internal corporate technology functions.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline; MBA/MS welcomed.
• Proven track record of progressive technology leadership.
• Deep ERP expertise with Epicor/Kinetic; strong cybersecurity and data governance background.
• Ability to translate tech strategies into clear business value.

Responsibilities

• Craft a clear, inspiring tech roadmap aligned to long-term business goals.
• Own enterprise architectures and the health/evolution of Epicor/Kinetic ERP systems.
• Lead, mentor, and grow an in-house technology team.
• Collaborate with B2C web/e‑commerce to power seamless customer experiences.
• Drive cybersecurity, data privacy standards, and governance.

What You'll Do

• Guide the Technology Journey: Craft a clear, inspiring tech roadmap ensuring systems, investments, and teams are aligned to support long-term success.
• Master the Core: Take full ownership of enterprise architectures, including the health and evolution of their Epicor (Kinetic) ERP ecosystem and database environments.
• Empower the Team: Lead, mentor, and inspire an in-house team building a culture rooted in trust, technical excellence, and genuine support.
• Connect Digital & Commerce: Partner with B2C web and e-commerce teams to ensure backend systems seamlessly power front-end customer experiences.
• Protect & Govern: Drive cybersecurity strategies, data privacy standards, and governance to safeguard enterprise assets.
• Navigate Complex Partnerships: Guide external technology vendors, solution providers, and strategic transitions smoothly.

What You'll Bring

• In-House Leadership: 10 years leading internal corporate technology functions and departments (preferably in a privately held global manufacturer).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline (MBA or MS in IT is a welcome plus).
• Track Record: 10 years of progressive technology leadership
• ERP & Systems Expertise: Deep experience overseeing enterprise ERP platforms (direct experience with Epicor / Kinetic strongly preferred).
• Technical & Business Savvy: Strong balance of cybersecurity, infrastructure, and web integration skills with a knack for translating tech strategies into plain-English business value.
