The role requires partnering with executive leadership to modernize applications, manage budgets, and ensure cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and robust business continuity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive technology leadership experience at an executive level.
• Experience developing and executing enterprise technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, data governance, cybersecurity, and risk management.
• Experience with SOX, IT General Controls, and governance in a public company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise technology, data, and innovation strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Lead IT Operations, Application Development, BI, and vendor partnerships.
• Establish multi-year technology roadmaps balancing modernization with stability and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Claims, Underwriting, Finance, and Distribution to drive business value through tech and data.
