Job summary

Antenna Group is seeking a Lead Videographer/Head of Production to drive our video content strategy and direct high-impact digital productions. This role leads end-to-end productions from concept through post, overseeing crews, lighting, audio and talent to ensure top-tier results across platforms.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in video direction, senior production, and team leadership, plus a degree in Film/Media Production and fluency in English and Greek.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as Video Director, Lead Videographer, or Senior Producer in digital media or agency settings.
• Strong camera operation, lighting, and audio capture skills.
• Proven leadership, project management and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end video production from concept to post.
• Direct camera crews, lighting and talent for high production value.
• Collaborate with creative directors, writers and editors for multi-platform content.
• Oversee production schedules, resources and quality across projects.
