Job summary

Antenna Group is seeking a Lead Videographer/Head of Production to drive our video content strategy and direct high-impact digital productions. This role leads end-to-end productions from concept through post, overseeing crews, lighting, audio and talent to ensure top-tier results across platforms.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in video direction, senior production, and team leadership, plus a degree in Film/Media Production and fluency in English and Greek.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as Video Director, Lead Videographer, or Senior Producer in digital media or agency settings.
• Strong camera operation, lighting, and audio capture skills.
• Proven leadership, project management and team-building abilities.

About the Role

The ANT1 Digital team is looking for a Lead Videographer / Head of Production to drive our video content strategy and direct high-impact digital productions.

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end video production, from creative brainstorming and storyboarding to directing on-set and supervising post-production.
• Direct camera crews, lighting setups, and talent to ensure top-tier visual and narrative quality.
• Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and digital editors to deliver engaging multi-platform content.
• Oversee production schedules, resource allocation, and quality control across all video projects.

• Proven experience as a Video Director, Lead Videographer, or Senior Producer in digital media or agency environments.
• Advanced expertise in camera operation, lighting design, audio capture, and visual composition.
• Strong leadership, project management, and team-building capabilities.
• In-depth understanding of digital platform algorithms, content performance, and current video trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field preferred.
• Fluent in Greek & English, both written and spoken
