The Community College of Aurora is seeking a Cinematic Arts Lab Tech (Work-Study) at the Lowry Campus in Denver. The role supports the Cinematic Arts Equipment Room, provides equipment training and assists with daily operations, inventory, and events.
You will assist with check-outs/check-ins, maintain orderly spaces, learn new cinema technology, and communicate effectively with students, faculty, and staff.

Job Summary:
Lab Techs serve as the front-line customer service team for the Cinematic Arts Equipment Room (the “Cage”). They provide equipment training and support to students and faculty for coursework and productions, while preparing and managing equipment orders. Successful Lab Techs are proactive problem-solvers who take initiative, inspect equipment for damage, perform routine maintenance, and maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace. In addition, Lab Techs support daily operations at Lowry Studios, assist with department events, communications, and oversee the inventory, organization, and upkeep of props and set decoration inventory.
