Job summary

Cinemark is seeking a Server – Beer and Wine to guide Guests through food and beverage orders while delivering fast, friendly counter service. You will need menu knowledge, accurate cash handling, and strong guest service skills in a busy theater setting.

Role may cross-train to Restaurant Worker, Concessionist, Box Office Cashier, or Usher as staffing needs require, with opportunities to grow and learn across the cinema operations.

Qualifications

• Proof of age for serving alcohol (age requirements vary by state)
• Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification
• Safe Alcohol Service training program completion
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Regular and consistent attendance and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile in a timely and professional manner
• Possess full knowledge of bar and menu items to enhance the Guest experience
• Accurately records food and beverage orders from Guests
• Manage cash register transactions with proper balance and logging
• Verify identification for alcohol transactions and ensure responsible consumption
• Cross-train as needed to support Restaurant Worker, Concessionist, Box Office Cashier, or Usher
• Maintain high hygiene standards and sanitize high-contact areas
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
• Collaborate with team to deliver excellent Guest service
