Job summary

Cinemark is seeking a Server – Beer and Wine to guide Guests, take orders, and deliver fast, friendly service in a busy theater. You’ll know the menu, handle cash accurately, verify ages, and ensure alcohol is served responsibly while collaborating with kitchen staff.

The role may include cross-training as a Restaurant Worker, Concessionist, Box Office Cashier, or Usher, with opportunities for growth and a positive team environment across our cinema locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to serve alcohol; in some states 21.
• Completes basic food handling training and any required local certifications.
• Safe Alcohol Service training completion required for staff serving alcohol.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must maintain regular attendance and friendly attitude; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a smile and take accurate orders.
• Know bar and menu items to enhance the Guest experience.
• Record orders accurately on the POS and manage transactions.
• Verify ages for alcohol service and ensure responsible beverage service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and maintain clean high-contact areas.
