Responsibilities

• Manage operations in assigned area, including staff allocation and guest service
• Oversee shift lead and staff scheduling, training, and performance
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and inventory accuracy
• Interact with POS and software to reconcile receipts daily
• Lead by example in policy adherence and customer care
• Provide coaching and disciplinary actions when required
• Maintain open communication with all levels of staff and management
• Perform duties for any position in the department when necessary
