Job summary

AMC Theatres is seeking a Supervisor to guide the theatre crew in daily operations and guest service, ensuring a smooth experience for guests and staff. You will lead with energy, communicate with care, and uphold company standards in a fast-paced cinema environment.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service, communication, leadership and teamwork skills.
• Six months of supervisory or commensurate leadership experience.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite, theatre-specific systems).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and coach theatre crew members through daily responsibilities and guest service.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and manage vendor access for deliveries and repairs.
• Pull and count cash, reconcile floor safes, and prepare deposits.
• Assist in crew scheduling, inventory processes, and resolve guest concerns.
